Refund Policy

This policy describes when Agilec Technology Sdn Bhd provides refunds for BizVital subscription fees. All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
1. Free trial first
Every new organization starts with a free 14-day trial with no credit card required, and the Free plan remains available indefinitely. We encourage you to evaluate the service fully before paying — this is your primary remedy for "not what I expected".
2. Monthly subscriptions
- Cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month, then does not renew.
- Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded, and partial months are not pro-rated.
3. Annual subscriptions
- 30-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 30 days of first payment for a full refund.
- After 30 days, annual fees are non-refundable, but your plan remains active until the end of the paid year.
4. AI provider charges
BizVital is bring-your-own-key: AI model usage is billed directly to your organization by your chosen provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Groq, or DeepSeek). Those charges are outside our control and are never refundable by us — manage them through your provider account.
5. Service-fault refunds
If a verified, prolonged service outage on our side prevents your organization from using the platform for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing period, you may request a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.
6. Exclusions
- No refunds where an organization was suspended for breaching our Terms & Conditions.
- No refunds for unused quota (analyses, seats, or agents) within an active period.
- Voluntarily deleting your organization or closing your account ends access immediately and forfeits any remaining paid time — no refund is given for the unused portion.
- Downgrading your plan takes effect at your next renewal; the price difference for the current paid period is not refunded or pro-rated.
- Promotional/founding rates are refundable on the same terms as the underlying plan.
7. How to request
Email success@agilectechnology.comfrom your organization Owner's registered address with your org name and payment reference. We respond within 5 business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
