βΈWhat does "bring your own key" (BYOK) mean?
Your organization adds its own API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google in Settings. BizVital calls the AI provider with your key, so model usage is billed directly to you at provider rates β our plans cover the platform only. Keys are encrypted at rest and never shown again.
βΈWhich AI models are supported?
Anthropic Claude (Fable, Opus, Sonnet, Haiku), OpenAI GPT, and Google Gemini β including the free-tier gemini-3.1-flash-lite. Each agent can use a different provider and model.
βΈIs my business data safe?
Every organization is fully isolated β all queries are tenant-scoped, and data passed to AI models goes only to the provider whose key you supplied. Connector fetches are SSRF-guarded, and prompts treat your data as untrusted input so embedded instructions are never obeyed.
βΈHow does the 14-day trial work?
Register and your organization starts on a free 14-day Trial (10 agents, 20 analyses). No credit card. When it ends, you're automatically moved to the Free plan β nothing is deleted.
βΈWhat happens if I hit a plan limit?
